0 Wash the strawberries. Remove the green part. Cut the strawberries into thin slices or small pieces. Add them to a large bowl. 1 Add the sugar and lemon juice to the strawberries, mix well, and let stand for 15 mins. 2 Add about half of the wine and let this mixture stand for at least 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. 3 Add the remaining wine and the sparkling wine. Ladle into pretty glasses. Decorate them with optional mint leaves, lemon balm, or strips of lemon zest.View original recipe
